17th May – Celebration Service for People with a Learning Disability – which took place at the Sports and Social Club, Cookley, recognising and celebrating the contributions of people with learning disabilities.
21st May – KEMP Hospice Open Day – which welcomed professionals, patients, community leaders, supporters and local businesses to learn more about the services provided to the Wyre Forest community.
31st May – St Chad’s Party in the Garden – joining and delivering a speech as part of the celebrations marking 70 years since St Chad’s Church was established on the Comberton Estate. The event featured entertainment, children’s activities and a community tea for residents.
10th June – Donation of a painting of Kidderminster’s Bull Ring from a former resident. The artwork will now become part of the Town Council’s art collection and be displayed following the Town Hall refurbishment.
