Recognising support and contributions during the pandemic
On behalf of Kidderminster Town Council, The Mayor of Kidderminster, Councillor Juliet Smith, is launching a new awards scheme to recognise those who have given their time and support to benefit others. To start the scheme, and in recognition of the challenging times we have all experienced, we are looking to recognise exceptional contributions of people during the pandemic.
These awards are open to each and every citizen of Kidderminster and serve to recognise exceptional support for others – people who have gone above and beyond to help others.
If you know someone worthy of recognition all you have to do is fill in the nomination form and send it to the Town Clerk at Kidderminster Town Hall. Please ensure all nomination forms are accompanied with a photograph of the person you are nominating.
Who you can’t nominate
You can’t nominate:
• yourself
• an elected Councillor
• you cannot make a nomination to obtain or reward political favour, or reward or promote political activities
Deadline for applications is Friday 29th October 2021
