Kidderminster Town Council is hosting its ever popular Community Awards on Thursday 19 September 2019 at Kidderminster Town Hall.
Now in its third year, the awards aim to recognise and reward the outstanding works of individuals, groups and organisations within Kidderminster. This year there will be sixteen categories including Charity Champions, Teacher of the Year, Young Achiever, Dementia Supporter, Unsung Hero and Volunteer of the Year.
Cllr David Ross, Mayor of Kidderminster said:
“These awards are open to every resident of Kidderminster and serve to recognise exceptional endeavour, whether in business, healthcare, the community or education. With a bumper number of awards, there will be even more opportunities to acknowledge and showcase the achievements of people within the town.”
Deadline for nominations is Friday 19 July 2019. Nomination forms can be completed online through the Town Council website or by contacting the Town Council offices on office@kidderminstertowncouncil.gov.uk or 01562 732681.
